My favourite places:

Staithes is a pretty village from which I explore the coastline and love to paint the scenery.

Once one of the busiest fishing villages on the coast, this charming village is now a great location to inspire me to capture Staithes landscapes and seascapes.

Whilst painting, I love watching the fossil hunters and children who come to explore the rock pools.

Staithes is also the home of a community of well-known artists.
